This is a genuinely scary movie, none of this "stuff jumps out at you from the dark" crap. Even though it uses the whole "discovered footage" premise, it still manages to make itself very clear, and the majority of the movie is filmed on a tripod so it's not all shakey like cloverfield was. I know that it has probably been over-hyped by now, but really, go see it, it's a great movie.
Some of my friends went and saw it and said it was awesome... They didn't call me.
Take that girl you were talking about in the whatever thread.
She's seen it too, but I'm still gonna try.

I've been watching movies that I watched when I was a little girl.
In my procrastination, I have regressed. I need to go watch some Miyazaki or something.

It was those two or Kirby and Dedede. I don't know which would have given me more cred. Probably neither.

I recently re-watched the Manchurian candidate and I could say color that, change a few words around and it could be released tomorrow literally

I just watched Anastasia instead of studying.
Also I saw The Time Traveller's Wife the other day. I've never read the book and I know people obsess over it, but yeah the movie was good. I enjoyed it.

Just saw Men who stare at Goats last night. It was an odd movie to say the least. It was funny when it was supposed to be funny, but everything else was kind of meh. It was funniest when it was making fun of the whole psychic thing that the movie was based on.

So I rented a movie called Dead Snow, which is about Zombie Nazis. Despite the awesome premise, it was surprisingly meh. Maybe because it was European, and maybe I just don't understand European cinema.
5/10
Also, I'm sort of a zombie buff, and these zombies seemed more like just plain old undead. They could climb trees, work together, use knives, and one of them talks. They also weren't contagious. To me, being uncoordinated and contagious is very important in zombies (Especially the contagious part)

So I guess you don't like Left 4 Dead? Though the contagiousness to that is really prolonged unlike the typical zombie infection.

I just watched The Green Mile. So incredibly touching. I can easily recommend it.
(The twist was pretty easy to guess, though. Especially if you've seen The Shawnshank Redemption. Still, this is a great film.)

Don't watch Stan Helsing. Terrible, terrible movie. It had it's moments where it was funny, but for the most part it's meh.
