I had seen this for some time now. I posted it in another forum I go to, but for some reason forgot to do so here. Fun as hell. XDGorblax wrote:STRONG TOGETHER, UNITED FOREVER, THEY'RE THE BEST OF FRIENDS!

Also watch the American Akira video, it's totally worth it.

Re: Watchmen whooaaaa!
...could someone explain me something?
Why do people on the internet keep on whining about a couple seconds of full-frontal male nudity and a "PORN SCENE WHICH WILL DESTROY OUR CHILDREN", but don't care about brutal and grisly violence in this film?

Because they are douchebags. Simple as that. u_u
Also, since you mentioned it, it's funny how people keep complaining about things that are bad to children (we see that kind of rant against videogames a lot), but the content they're complaining about is NOT for children! =_="
How can someone complain about a scene inappropriate for children in an R-Rated movie???

That sex scene went very quickly from kind of hot to freaking hilarious to just awkward for everyone involved.

I think it was intentionally funny.
...by the way, I forgot one thing I didn't like about the movie. My Chemical Romance's cover of Desolation Row playing during the credits. That was easily one of the worst covers ever.

Philip Glass playing during Doc Manhattan's origin story more than made up for it, though.

Re: Watchmen whooaaaa!
So I finally saw watchmen today, and even though I had heard nothing but bad reviews about it, I enjoyed it a lot; I thought it was brilliant. Comedian was definitely my favorite watchmen.

Also, I think it's weird that you have only heard bad reviews... I, on the other hand, have only heard good ones. O.o"

Disagreeing with Gorblax's point here. Brought a few friends with me. They hadn't read the book. They loved it.

Ennnk, to quote the novel.
Rorschach was fun. I would've pictured his voice as being a bit less raspy, but raspy nonetheless.
And now my friends can't stop drawing inkblots and calling them obscene things.

My group was mixed, some had and some hadn't read the comic. We all liked it.

I know I'm a bit late but I just saw the movie, never read the book. It was awesome.

Does anyone have any idea when the DVD comes out? I want to see it again, but I can't go see it again because I'm boycotting that expensive-ass theater of our hometown.
