Easter Eggs *Spoilers warning!*

Since TWBB has so many hidden easter eggs in the first episode (and I'm figuring later episodes as well) I thought it would be wise to actually have a easter eggs topic in the forum where we can discuss what we've seen, what we wonder, and all the fun things that are placed in this series for us to find!

What I mean by easter eggs are the taxi in the first episode which is from animal crossing, the nintendo sign outside the hotel room window, and the drink that Luigi pulled up as the door potion.

The "Yellow Cab Co." sign on the taxi Peach and Mario get out of. Animal Crossing, woo!

Actually, I am pretty sure that's just the name of the cab company out here in LA. But hey, great that we have Animal Crossing cabs, right?

Really? I had no idea. Maybe Smashville is actually in LA.

There are more 'Easter Eggs' in the later episodes tho, I'm just a kill joy.

It still counts because we called that cab with this very intention!

I'll agree that unintentional references are, in some cases, even better than intentional ones.

Luigi passing by Koopa Village was the most funny to me

Easter Eggs i have so far seen(some really obvious, though, i consider them Easter Eggs):
In order of appearance:
-At 1:24 "Koopa Village" Neon sign Can be seen in the back ground.
-Lakitu News Back ground is from Super Mario bros 3
-The Drink luigi Pours on the shot glass is from Super Mario bros 2. The Subcon Door potion.
-The Mushroom Wario eats is A mega Mushroom from "New Super Mario Bros. DS"
-It is some what implied that wario has a "store", which might be a reference to "wario Ware.Inc"
-a Yellow Cab Co. Taxi From animal crossing Wild World can be seen at 5:40
-A "NINTENDO" Neon Sign can be seen behind luigi when he sits at the edge of the bed.
-Kirby's Line might be a parody of The Dark knights "Good evening, Commissioner!" from the joker Or From Hannibal lector. though i think its most likely the former.


I think i got them all.

I don't know if this is an Easter Egg or not, but, as I said in the other thread, I really liked the Sonic Boom ringtone. Cheers to one of the best Sonic games ever.

Considering that Kirby's been modeled very closely after Hannibal Lecter, it's probably based on him. So, the latter. Probably because Kirby's set up here matches Lecter's and doesn't even resemble the Joker's.

with regards to that, wario was all, "Sorry to hear about your medical profession" so he's not a doctor anymore. I'm smart!

I also like the reference to Waluigi cause he was supposed to be a playable character in brawl but was snuffed out to be an assist trophy instead
