Episode 6 - "Who To Trust" to "Loyalties"

Why did they change the episode name? Who To Trust seemed fitting on many levels, since it was quoted a number of times both in the episode and in the news post about the episode's description.

Any purpose other than someone just thinking a phrase wasn't an appropriate name?
