But it's not a movie turned in to a game or game turned in to a movie...it's a book turned in to both. Wink Razz

uhm....Isn't the movie based of the book, which later spawned a game based off the movie?

What's wrong with unicorns, they're basically a horse with an added spike. If anything that should make them manlier than normal horses and riding one into battle would make perfect sense, they more ways you have to stab your enemies the better.

Too harsh! The others sucked, but these two had plenty of redeeming qualities. They couldn't have found a more perfect Johnny Cage if they'd tried.

Even the actor who played Johnny Cage thought the movies sucked, that's why they killed him off so early in the 2nd movie. On the whole, I didn't mean to stress that the MK movie sucked. Just when you see the graphics today and watch that now it looks so damn funny yet back then it was so friggen cool. Razz

The first movie was cool, and had a good reception. The second one is where the crap is.

I wouldn't say the first one was GOOD, necessarily, but it was enjoyable. The second one was garbage.

What's that, now? Final Fantasy: The Spirit Within? I'm sorry kind sir, because I only know The Spirit Within, clearly this movie doesn't have anything to do with Final Fantasy. What a Face

oh and the eragon game...which was based off of an already bad movie. it didn't have a chance.

what about doom? i didn't think the movie they based off of it was all that good. entertaining but not the best movie out there

Chronicles of Narnia = ok movies, Northern Lights (Proper name for golden compass) = shit movie but excellent book.

I'm more scared about the new game, Forgotten Sands, than the movie.
I mean, the game is not a "movie game" that could simply be ignored, it's an actual part of the Sands of Time series. Which means that if they mess up, it's canon.

ew....That was one of the better things about the game. Being able to either save yourself from death, or to relax by throwing the prince into a wall of spikes or what not over and over again for amusement.
