You only JUST NOW saw Doctor Horrible? You poor, poor, deprived soul.

(And OF COURSE the soundtrack with NPH. Duh.)

(I've also got copies of a few songs with him from other musicals. It makes me a happy fangirl.)

Oh yea Robin, since you are late to the party, and so you are not confused, Both

Minby and Td Know each other.

Viero and Suicide know each other

GreenArcher and I know each other

So if connections are made on the forum that makes you go "huh?" just know we all see each other outside this.

Aha. Thanks for the info.

I have the Doctor Horrible laugh as my missed call tone on my cell. And a friend of mine's ringtone when he calls me is the Bad Horse theme. Because my friends are all nerds. =P

Somewhere or other (read: On my friend Teresa's camera) there's a video of me and my friend Chris singing the Suit song (he was in a suit, I was in a formal ballgown). The video also features our other friends staring at us like we've lost our damn minds. Because even in my group of friends, breaking into song like that =/= normal.

Also, as long as we're on the topic of Singing Supervillains voiced by NPH...

Theatre

Post  HUDSONBOY111 on Tue Aug 10, 2010 9:13 am

It seems as though there isn't a designated thread for this, so, seeing that I'm not the only actor here (amateur of course) This is a thread about plays, musicals, theatre, and anything else related to acting.

I saw the Surf City Singers of Northern California perform Into the Woods at the Ft. Salem Theatre not too long ago, and it was absolutely amazing. The actors were very good, though one was a little quiet, and the person playing the Steward/Rapunzel's Prince was hilarious!!!

You don't like I'm Not That Smart? What's wrong with it?

I think it is quite cute. Leaf Coneybear has a great story behind him, and the song just magnifies how ADD and weird he is. And when he sings the reprise later, it is just an amazing part of the show.
