Awesome. I added you to my friend list ages ago. I think mine is on the first page of the tourney thread. EDIT: Nope, nevermind. Its buried somewhere in the FC thread.

OH WAIT. I can't play on my home connection. Sad

I suppose that we will. What might make things easier for us and others to add each other for Brawl, would be to sig you FCs. That way, if you Brawl someone new or doesn't have you FC (like probably me), no one has to do any searching.

Hope you don't mind me resurrecting this thread...

Yesterday, me and two buddies were playing Melee here at home. One was playing with Link, and the other one with Falco. I was Mario (duh), and there was a CP as Roy. Then, Falco changed his color to green, and changed Roy's color to green as well. Then I saw everyone was green and was like "Hey, is everyone supposed to go green, uh??" and changed my Mario from blue to green as well. Then...

Falco - Select a green stage!! XD
Me - But it's set to Random, dumbass!

Then, comically, we ended up at Green Greens, and everyone burst out laughing. XD
After about 20 seconds or so of laughter, we could finally calm down and start fighting. XP
EDIT: We called this peculiar event "Green Day".

I legitimately reached close to 500 percent in a Melee match a while back.

It was on temple, so, not to unfeasible if you have mad techs like me.

I have the replay with my friend of the FlashHead. I swear the match was less than a minute long.

3 stock.

In the same day, in a match in Brinstar, the CP was Ness, and he simply killed himself as soon as the battle started... Heh, I just recalled that. XP

There was actually a pretty big hullaballoo over at SWF about the comps in Brawl. Apparently, the level 9's have the ability to "learn" from your play style. Players were reporting that after several hours of playing witht the comps, they would start crouch taunting after kills or using tactics that the players had recently adopted, such as Bowser's infinate jump glitch. The best guess was that the comp recorded the button inputs of the player whenever the player dealt out larg amounts of damage, and then regurgitated those movements in similar situations.

Ness has a shit CPU.

For instance, knock one off the stage, no matter what LvL it is, it's PK/PSI Thunder Missile will ALWAYS travel vertically.

I'm not aware of this trick. But Jigglypuff's super suicide is cool.

Speaking of suicide, a large amount of my bowser strategy (and the reason I picked him up) was just to troll my friends and random opponents with his bowsercide.

Also I'm generally better with bowser than i am with ganon, which may be why i have more success with him.

Even though I had pretty much mained Ganon from day one in Melee, he took ALOT of time to get used to in Brawl. Ganon requires a lot of patience, and its gonna take a while before you really start to see results from your efforts with him.
