I think Mario's quote reflecting on the *insert whoever you think* corpse here is "...monsters...sometimes they look like men. Sometimes they don't. Those monsters...their legacies never end". I get the in-show point to this, but if this is also referring to the more-than-forgettable Man-Bowser in the Super Mario Bros. movie ... sweet.
If not, it could be foreshadowing the future of the series regarding Bowser (who does not look like a man) and Ganondorf (who does). Anyone?

my money is on the ladder instead of the former though i could be more to Kirby and the current butcher than the two remaining dons

I liked Mario having the spotlight for an episode =D
I thought Olimar was creepy before...wow, he was twisted in this one...
20 minutes too~ Nice, they seem to be getting longer and longer.

Random thought because I don't know where to put this. Last year my family bought a cow from a butcher shop...the name of the butcher shop is 'Kirby's' I do believe I shat a brick when I thought about that.

I was superhappyfuntimesmiles after watching this.

This is such a great episiode, and it really helps to set the mood even further south, while giving you a glimmer of hope in the form of mario's motley crew.

New here, so I guess I'll dive right in. BTW, I've been lurking here for about a week, when I first found out about "There Will Be Brawl" and watched ever episode. Three Times. For three days.
Anyways, I loved the whole Mario-centricness of this episode. The other episodes just showed how he goes all Hulk whenever he's faced a problem, but now we get to see that there's a method to his madness.

Spoiler:: Plus, I felt in the pit of my stomach that something like a corpse getting roasted was going to happen. I have no clue myself as to who it is, Meta Knight or Kirby. Also I heard that theory that Kirby might dress up as Meta Knight. Since they're the same puppet, wouldn't that be hard to pull off? And, I've been waiting for that Godfather reference this entire time.

Also, I see what you did there during the Link/Mario fight: "You used to be faster." "So did you." I know I've repeated a lot of what's been said, but still. It's my first post. I had to start somewhere.

That opening was from BEFORE this series when Kirby was still on the loose originally
