I actually had a dream the other night that episode 8 was out, and I watched it. Obviously I have some kind of latent psychic abilities and can see the future.

So, to completely spoil it for you, Luigi, baby Mario and baby Luigi get stuck in Ike's mausoleum, which for some reason consists of his coffin on a stone pillar, surrounded by a pit of spikes and angry demons lurking in the darkness. The babies get upset that they're trapped, so Luigi tells them the story of Ike and what a noble and brave person he was...which causes his ghost to manifest and banish the demons. Then Mario shows up to save them and throws them a rope so they can cross the pit of spikes; Luigi wonders where he got the rope from, then realises that Mario must have his medical practice back, because Doctor Mario keeps a supply of rope in his shoe!

They finally get outside and Luigi asks questions.

"So bro, how did you get your practice back up and running?"
"I had a helping hand."
"A helpng hand? From who?"

Then a large clawed hand clamps onto Luigi's shoulder...

DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUNNN.
