The third guy is just a regular bum. The joke was that these were all displaced 'immigrant' characters and we were taking a cue from Sonic (and hoping that some day you would be able to play as Gum and Beat in a future sb game) It was a joke last minute thing. But it was kinda fun too.
I'm the Gum and my friend Evan is the Beat.
