I don't think any of the dons would be the murderer. They wouldn't dirty their own hands with such a thing. If anyone, they'd send an underling to do the deed for them. It's also not fair to say Donkey Kong is stronger than Mario or Ganon is stronger than Donkey Kong, because Mario used a hammer against Donkey Kong and Ganon probably just offered DK money for his services, etc. But, like Zach and SurgePox said, it's besides the point.

Well, since DDD is one of the dons wouldn't you need someone equally as powerful to beat him, say, only with another don?

Mario had hammers and DK had barrels, they both had their fair share of advantages, the fight was fairly even.

Yah, the Ganon > DK thing I'm not too sure of.

Heh, thanks, I should stick to it more, curse my shyness. I do like the idea since if say Peach is the killer lots of people will question how Peach killed DDD so power does come into play at least a bit, although there are lots of characters that are powerful enough to be the killer, such as ZSS with her whip, Zelda with Shiek stuff, etc. Although the killer could be more then 1 person which I think has a high possibility since it seems you would need people working together in order to get deaths done so quickly.
