My scout highscore was wiped for some reason, and I have yet to replicate it.

Re: Team Fortress 2
I was dominating last night as a Pyro. Wasn't in the top spot, but it was a great personal best in terms of breaking records and having a nice KD ratio. Pic for proof. I love the hoodoo map.

Synaptic, a irl friend, was saying to me today that I was doing great and that he was doing well too as soldier... until I came to kill him. Poor guy got auto balanced three times. I lol'd. I love my friends.

Re: Team Fortress 2
I wasn't entirely impressed until I saw the K/D. That's a good 5/1! You're almost like a spartan! =D
Still, if there's anything I learned with my extensive time playing TF2, it's that K/D unfortunately doesn't mean a damn thing. I can spawn-camp with the cloak and dagger and get a high K/D easy, or I can recklessly dive straight into things with the normal invisibility watch and get twice as many kills in the same length of time. I may get three or four times the amount of deaths, but who cares? I get more points, and I'm more useful to the team.
Not saying you didn't do that, because you surely got a HECK of a lot of kills, a lot more than I usually get! Just sharing some of my opinion. =P
Maybe I'll start taking pictures of some of my better games...I remember one game where I topped the list with 25 points and the second guy had 12. This was only for a short while in the beginning of the game, though; I'm pretty sure it ended with me in the second spot one point behind the other guy. Then again, points don't always mean that much, because taking out a well-placed engineer nest single-handedly can make a lot more difference than the few points it gives would normally suggest. And, a backstab is worth 2 points, still have no idea why...it's just a normal kill.

Re: Team Fortress 2
It really doesn't mean that much as points are what you really need to rise, and good spies can easily do that just by getting back-stabs. And before, I really cared more for points that a good KD, but since I found the Project Mayhem group, which has it's server very close to me so no lag, I've been rolling with them when I play TF2 and they have a stat tracker. Since then I've been trying harder to not die and I've also hardly played Medic then cause I play risky and the only time I kill is if I can ubersaw someone.

Re: Team Fortress 2
I can defend myself a little with medic, easy getting health back fast with blutsauger. my K/D sucks. unless I play Engi....engi tends to have a long lifetime and lots of fail spy's/scouts.
also, why the hate for force of nature scouts in a lot of servers?

Re: Team Fortress 2
I rape failspies as Medic all the time, but the rest are from assists...
Although there was one time my medic buddy died and I retreated for a good thirty seconds from a hoard of 5 enemies back to my base, murdering three of them with my blutsauger. A teammate just went "Nice, Omicron!"
Good times... ^_^

Oldies, but goodies. Watch them through, they're funny. Second one is better, imo.

Those videos are fantastic.
While on the subject of posting TF2 videos, here's one that is more skill-centric then the silly ones above:
Yes I know this was already posted on ubercharged in their competitive tf2 guide, it's still cool

Re: Team Fortress 2
I just don't do that good in this game, no matter how much I try and I don't know why. I don't bother with Spy because I fail at it quite miserably and the same could be said for Sniper. I'm rather inacurate to be trying to snipe. I do "good" with a soldier, and it would be my highest if not for a few things. For the longest time, my highest was a heavy because of one capture point game. I just stayed at one point and mowed down any scout or whatever came into the room, it was amusing to me. Now my scores are all messed up because me, Orland, and another friend of ours created a PW locked game for just us 3 to get the weirder achievements that are hard to get in a real game.
