Was also thinking, if Blacksmith is a job class & they're removing the EXP leveling system, does that mean there will be equipment damager? Sure hope not, that'd suck.....

Also hope there's a variation of Ninjars in XIV Razz Loved Ninjar & genuienly enjoyed tanking as one too

I would support ninja, if they took out the need for tools. That was nothing short of an annoyance.

personally, I hate nin with a passion. I think nin killed 11, honestly. BCNM and mission fights had to have their difficulty jumped up a bit, everyone subs nin, and when a new melee job comes out, it's default sub is nin. It happened to blu, and it happened to dnc. All I'm saying, is that as soon as I figured out that pld can't tank the airship battle of CoP because it had to be challenging even if you had a nin tank, I died a little on the inside. SE never even meant nin to be a tank, they wanted it to be a dd that could help enfeeble and take less dmg thru utsu. It was players that warped it into a tank. That recent patch that came out that gave nin's Yonin and Innin? Yonin is just there to please the players, Innin is there to try to get people to play nin the way SE wanted them to play, I think.

NINs ruled just because ninjas rock the house in my book Razz Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden, Mai Shiranui from
Fatal Fury/King of Fighters, Yoruichi from Bleach, Shinomori Aoshi from Rurouni Kenshin, Muramasa on the Wii, etc.
etc. All those guys are win IMO, but the tanking concept in FFO, yeah, SE didn't see that coming. Even then, I was
cool with the choice of having two methods of tanks, & on some boss fights it was still a better choice to take a PLD.
The whole, PLD vs NIN tank was just a dumb trend & I never understood it (I also have a NIN61 Mithra, had so much fun doing
it I did again on my Hume, took her to NIN40 Razz ) I subbed /NIN on DNC because with Dual Wield
I could build TP up faster & use my dances, & the shadows were useful too. & funny thing, I wish I had a good tank on the Ultima/Omega Weapons Boss fights, cause that's the fight I'm on D: <
Keep dying all over the place, farmed up those damn chips for Polymer Pumps like 5 times, soooooooo sick of Tarantula spiders
now.....but haven't played lately so don't know what the updates were made for NIN. Last I remember SE implemented the new
level adjustment system so anyone can party regardless of level plus use their equipments (just scaled down). People still
playing FFO or has its time started to run out?

@ Orland: If they got rid of Ninja Tools, that would be amazing Razz (Though I'd still murder for a Koga Armor...)

of course people still play, FoV and the lvl thing helped it out a good bit. Although, it's not so much that I don't like ninja's tanking, it's just how people sub nin for everything just because of the shadows. Burn parties, only because of /nin. Those parties screwed over any jobs that weren't rdm brd cor mnk war sam. All SE had to do was make Utsu: Ni lvl 38, and everything would've been fine.

Fobby ;P

My list just grew a bit more Razz Throw on Tales of VS

Future Games on the Horizon - Page 2 Talesofvs580sc

& Valkyria Chronicles 2 (both for PSP)
Future Games on the Horizon - Page 2 Pre_valkyria_chronicles2

Tales of VS so far looks like Namco said 'Well if Square can do it, we can do, NRRRR!!!!' Cool So they went & grabbed all sorts of characters from the entire Tales Universe (Tales of Destiny, Symphonia, Vesperia, Abyss, Phantasia, Dreams, etc. etc.) & put them in a fighting game, more like Smash Bros. then Dissidia. & also unlike Dissidia, Tales of VS will have support characters as well as main characters & villains, so in that regard they are able to increase their roster more than Dissidia's 24 characters. So far I know of Stahn, Rutee, & Precia from Tales of Destiny are in; Yuri, Judith, Rita, & Estelle from Vesperia are in; & from the GC Symphonia, Lloyd, Colette, Sheena, Precea, & from Dawn of the New World, Richter & Marta. The game looks promising & its based from Tales of, so hopefully its tight ;P

Valkyria Chronicles......is amazing. If you don't have a PS3, watch the anime, both really really rock Very Happy The gameplay is like a strategy game mixed with 3rd person elements but its presentation is basically set up to be like a storybook anime telling. Pretty awesome, and although it runs into its fair share of cliches, it still has a way of making you feel with the characters. Really awesome game, and Sega's apparently said if it does well enough on the PSP, a console port may be possible, w00t w00t~

I think that Tales of VS is one of those games ill be picking up. Love most of the tales games. With the characters you stated, i think I'm going to be playing Judith from Vesperia.

hehe, me and orland three-man all the recent tales games with another friend, and there are to many characters that I actually like to choose between one, but uh...I'll probably take Presea from Symphonia, cause Presea was awesome

Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth would be interesting. Does it mean you do less of the courtroom drama and more of the evidence gathering? Cause that's not as much fun. Plus the prosecution would be different in that you start with the main suspect and are trying to convince the court of their guilt, then you're against someone like Phoenix Wright or Apollo Justice who can always turn the case on its head.

I'm excited for HG/SS. :p

Im cheap and broke and still have a PS2, and really havent decided which system I want because all seem appealing for certain games.

But the games I am happiest about are

-Katamari Forever (PS3), though I hold my breath for this one. I am both happy and saddened by the whoring of this franchise.
-The Another World (DS), A game made by Ghibli Studios and Level 5. I have always wanted a game animated in Miyazaki style
-Heavy Rain/The Origami Killer (PS3), Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy was a half-win, half-loss for me. It had potential, but they blew it. I will give them another chance as this game is really what they were going for.

The last 2 upset me. They aren't fucking 'games'. They aren't anything. Its like playing solitaire on the xbox and calling it a game. Well...these arent appropriate for the consoles anyway.
